Mission Statement:

The VWSD Child Nutrition Department will:

Support the mission and goals of the Vicksburg Warren School District.
 Function as an integral part of each student’s education with a focus on learning readiness and health promotion.
 Encourage each student and staff member to make healthy food choices. 
 Provide the resources to assist in teaching healthy dietary habits.
 

Community Eligible Program Information:

All students in grades Pre-K thru 12th grade will be offered a wholesome, balanced breakfast and lunch

each day at no charge. The Free & Reduced Application is not required for all grades.
